So this is an add a little of this and a little of that kind of recipe. 🙂

2 medium size boneless skinless chicken breasts
1-2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 c-1/2 c frozen corn
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1-2 cups salsa

Cook chicken in oil until no longer pink.  Add corn, beans and salsa.  Heat until warmed and bubbly.  Spoon into warmed flour tortillas.  Top with shredded cheese (your choice of type), lettuce, tomato, etc.
